A Grafton Visit
When you arrive in Grafton and start strolling down Main Street, you suddenly realize this is Vermont the way you have always imagined. Directions to Grafton, Vermont:
From the South:
Interstate 91 north to exit 5 (Bellows Falls). Take exit 5 and proceed down the hill until you come to an intersection. Take a left onto Route 5 north. Go 2 miles until you come to the first set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Route 121 west. Proceed on Route 121 about 12 miles to Grafton. Alternative route from the Brattleboro area: Route 30 north 17 miles to Townshend. Once in Townshend, take Route 35 north for 3 miles. Take a left at the fork in the road and proceed 7 miles to Grafton.
 
From the North:
Interstate 91 south to Exit 6  Take a left at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Route 103 north.  Follow Route 103 for about 9 miles into the Town of Chester. Take a left on Route 35 south (Grafton Street). Proceed for about 7 miles to Grafton.
 
From the West:
The best year round route is to go through Chester. Take a right onto Route 35 south about 7 miles to Grafton. The best places in Vermont.

Hartford: 2 hours 15 minutes
Albany: 2 hours 30 minutes
Montreal : 5 hours
Boston : 3 hours
New York 4 hours 45 minutes
